Welcome to Delmont Holidays. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, our tour packages, and all related travel services offered by Delmont Holidays, with its registered office at Rajbagh, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir 190008, India. By browsing this site, submitting an enquiry, or confirming a booking, you accept these Terms in full.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, "we", "us", "our" and "Company" refer to Delmont Holidays. "You", "your", "traveller" and "client" refer to the person making a booking or using our services. "Package" means any tour, itinerary, day trip, houseboat stay or travel arrangement listed on our website or quoted to you. "Lead Passenger" means the individual who makes the booking and accepts these Terms on behalf of all travellers in the party.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation by our team. Submitting an enquiry or a booking request does not by itself create a binding contract.

• A booking is confirmed only after we issue a written confirmation and you have paid the required deposit.
• The Lead Passenger must be at least 18 years of age and is responsible for the accuracy of all details supplied, including names, dates, ages and contact information.
• You are responsible for reviewing your confirmation and informing us of any errors within 48 hours of receipt.
• Prices quoted are per person unless stated otherwise and are valid only for the travel dates specified in the quotation.

3. Prices & Inclusions

Package prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless expressly stated, include accommodation, daily breakfast, private cab transfers, sightseeing as per the itinerary and applicable permits. Prices exclude airfare, personal expenses, entry tickets to monuments, adventure-activity charges, meals not mentioned, tips and anything not listed under "inclusions".

We reserve the right to revise prices before your booking is confirmed. Once your deposit is received and confirmation is issued, the package price is fixed, except for increases arising from government taxes, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations beyond our reasonable control.

4. Payments

To secure your reservation, the following payment schedule applies unless a different schedule is agreed in writing:

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package price is payable at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 15 days before the tour start date.
• For bookings made within 15 days of departure, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

Payments may be made by bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card or any other method notified by us. Your booking may be treated as cancelled if payment is not received by the due date, and cancellation charges under Section 5 will apply.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, you must notify us in writing at [email protected]. Cancellation charges are calculated on the total package price based on the number of days before departure that we receive your written notice:

• 30 days or more before departure: deposit forfeited (25%).
• 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% of the package price.
• 7 to 14 days before departure: 75% of the package price.
• Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the package price, no refund.

Eligible refunds are processed within 10 to 15 working days to the original payment method. Third-party charges such as non-refundable hotel bookings, flight tickets and special permits are non-refundable regardless of the notice period. No refund is payable for unused services, early departure, or portions of a tour not availed after it has commenced.

6. Amendments by You

Requests to amend a confirmed booking (dates, hotel category, number of travellers or itinerary) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges plus an administrative fee of ₹1,500 per change. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them.

7. Changes or Cancellation by Us

Delmont Holidays plans every itinerary with care, but occasionally changes are unavoidable. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any package due to weather, road closures, natural events, government advisories, insufficient bookings or reasons of safety. Where a significant change is necessary before departure, we will offer you a comparable alternative or a full refund of amounts paid to us. We are not liable for incidental expenses you may incur such as visas, vaccinations or non-refundable flights.

8. Travel Documents, Health & Insurance

You are responsible for carrying valid identity and travel documents. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and loss of belongings. Some destinations in Kashmir are at high altitude; you must ensure you are medically fit to travel and disclose any condition that may affect your participation.

9. Conduct & Liability

Travellers are expected to behave responsibly and respect local customs, laws and the environment. We may decline or terminate the participation of any traveller whose behaviour endangers others or disrupts the tour, without refund. Delmont Holidays acts as an agent for hotels, transport operators and activity providers and shall not be liable for any loss, injury, delay or damage arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir. We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to your contract.
